Cake Decorating Classes Baton Rouge

What we're about

The Louisiana Culinary Institute (LCI) is the largest culinary school in the South and we are located in Baton Rouge. Our new 40,000 sq ft facility has state-of-the-art equipment and top notch professional Chef Instructors. Students earn their Associates Degree while other services are open to the public. This includes Team Building, Private Parties, Wine Dinners, Receptions, Leisure Classes, Kids Events, Charitable Events, and more.

For the ones wanting leisure classes and hands on learning. This group is all about people who are interested in anything and everything culinary! This group will focus on different techniques, styles, flavors, and much more. Each participant will receive an apron, cooking booklet with recipes, LCI measurement card, each class is hands-on learning, and you'll be able to bring home your delectable creations. We also highly recommend this group for passionate foodies that want to learn a more than just few new things in the kitchen. We do offer gift certificates year round. We look forward to meeting everyone and remember to keep on cooking!
